“By combining emergency response with education and community involvement, we are creating a self-sustaining health ecosystem—one village at a time.”
Access to quality healthcare remains a distant dream for many in India’s remote villages and tribal regions. At Bhartya Yuvak Khelkud Avam Vikas Sansthan, we are committed to closing this gap by providing free, community-based healthcare services that are accessible, inclusive, and life-saving.
Activities & Features
Our work spans across 30+ rural and tribal villages, where we’ve touched the lives of over 15,000+ individuals through a combination of initiatives:
-
First-Aid Camps: Regularly organized health camps offer immediate medical attention and first-aid support to people who otherwise lack basic care.
-
First-Aid Kit Distribution: We distribute fully stocked kits free of cost, particularly in villages where medical stores and clinics are scarce or nonexistent.
-
Surgery Support Program (SSP): For individuals in urgent need of complex surgeries—such as heart conditions, liver ailments, or orthopedic interventions—we connect them to a trusted network of hospitals and ensure they receive timely, affordable, or completely sponsored treatment.
To make healthcare delivery sustainable, we’ve launched capacity-building programs that train local volunteers and health workers, many of whom are now capable of independently managing health camps and providing community care.
Our reach extends beyond curative care:
-
Mobile Medical Units bring services directly to villages, reaching populations often cut off by geography.
-
We offer special care to pregnant women and newborns, especially in tribal areas where maternal and neonatal mortality is high.
-
Health education campaigns promote awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention to reduce long-term health risks.
